Lists the sub-issues associated with an issue in a repository. Supply owner, repo, and issue_number to identify the parent issue, then use page and per_page to paginate the sub-issues. You can select raw, text, HTML, or full body representations with the supported custom media types.

A 404 is returned when the repository or issue cannot be found. A 410 is returned when the requested resource is no longer available. issue_number must identify the parent issue whose sub-issues you want to list, and per_page must not exceed 100.
